What is Life Coaching?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking, and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. There are a multitude of directions you can go with coaching, and ultimately it depends on your personal, and/or professional needs and goals.
Evan Gonzalez is a life coach who specializes in health, and wellness. As a certified Human Potential Coach, he’s also trained to support you in a range of topics that are independent of health, and wellness. Some of these topics include confidence coaching, work-life balance coaching, and other areas related to professional development.
Evan focuses on empowering, and optimizing personal and professional development in a holistic way, meaning his methods focus on treating the whole person – whether your goals are personal, or professional. A holistic approach considers personal, professional, social, and environmental factors, and helps optimize the process so you can achieve your goals sooner.
The process begins with a free consultation. Coaching sessions focus on building mind, body, and energy awareness skills. The goal is to access inner resources that ignite your ability to transform your life.
Through a series of conversations, Evan builds an action plain tailored to your unique needs. The action plan will serve multiple purposes: It will be used as a guide to organize your goals; encourage follow-through; and to hold you accountable throughout the coaching process.
